No P2P Trial Yet.

The Judge that order the webcasting of a P2P hearing has postponed the entire event until the Motion by the RIAA which trys to stop the webcast is decided upon by an appeals court. The new hearing date is scheduled for Feb. 24. So Ill keep you posted.

Well here is your chance, Harvard won a motion to have an upcomming RIAA Trial televised via a Harvard site. The Order is limited to Jan 22 hearing. The trail date is not set til march but i look forward to see what goes on at a copyright infringement hearing. Ill keep you posted.
